摘要
通过对水泥冷却机篦板样品进行宏观形貌、微观形貌、扫描电镜、金相、化学成分、力学性能等方面的分析,确定了篦板发生断裂失效的原因,同时提出了相应的防护措施及建议。
The failure causes of grate plate have been presented based on a series of tests including macro and micro morphological observation,SEM,metallographic examination,chemical compositon analysis,mechanical test and finite element analysis.Finally the corresponding protective measures and suggestions have been put forward.
