摘要
[目的]测定不同生长阶段西瓜体内过氧化氢酶活性,为了解某一时期植物体内代谢变化和生长活力等情况奠定试验基础。[方法]提取萌芽期、幼苗期、成苗期、子叶分化期和不定芽生长期西瓜种子的过氧化氢酶,并用紫外分光光度法测定其活性。[结果]西瓜种子萌芽期的过氧化氢酶活性最高,成苗期的过氧化氢酶活性最低,酶活大小依次为萌芽期>子叶分化期>幼苗期>不定芽生长期>成苗期。西瓜实生苗在正常生长阶段其过氧化氢酶活性逐渐降低,在子叶分化后不定芽生长阶段的过氧化氢酶的活性也逐渐降低。[结论]该研究结果为植物体内过氧化氢酶活性测定提供了方法,同时为了解自然环境下生物机体的抗氧化防御能力奠定了基础。
[ Objective ] To determine the catalase activity in watermelon during its different growth periods, so as to lay experimental basis for studying its metabolic changes and growing vitality at different periods. [ Method ] Catalase was extracted from watermelon seeds during its ger- minating period, seedling period, seedling formation period, cotyledon differentiating period and adventitious bud growing period, and then the catalase activity was determined with UV spectrophotometer. [ Result] The catMase activity in watermelon was the highest during the germina- ting period, while the lowest during the seedling formation period, the catalase activity at different growth periods decreased in the order of ger- minating period 〉 cotyledon differentiating period 〉 seedling period 〉 adventitious bud growing period 〉 seedling formation period. The cat- alase activity in watermelon seedlings was gradually decreasing during its normal growth period, and it was also decreasing during the growth period of adventitious buds. [ Conclusionl The experiment supplied a method for determining the catalase activity in plants, and also laid foun- dation for studying the antioxidant capacity of organisms under natural environment.
