摘要
[目的]研究齿瓣石斛的无水甲醇和水提取物的抗菌活性。[方法]采用试管稀释法测定齿瓣石斛无水甲醇和水提取物对11种临床常见的病原菌的MIC及MBC,初步判定其抑菌效果。[结果]无水甲醇和水提取物在体外对7种细菌有不同程度的抑制作用,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色葡萄球菌的抑制作用最强,对痢疾志贺菌、伤寒沙门菌、甲型副伤寒沙门菌和乙型副伤寒沙门菌无明显作用;无水甲醇提取物的抗菌作用强于水提取物。[结论]齿瓣石斛无水甲醇和水提取物对所测试菌种具有良好的体外抗菌作用。
[ Objective ] The aim was to investigate the antibacterial activity of the methanol extract and water extracts from Dendrobium devonia- num Paxt.. [ Method] The test tube dilution method was adopted to determine the minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) and minimal bacteri- cidal concentrations (MBC) of the methanol and water extracts on 11 strains of common clinical bacteria, and the baeteriostatic effects of the ex- tracts were detected. [ Result ] The two extracts showed different bacteriostatic effects on seven strains of bacteria in vitro, strong bacteriostatic effects were shown on staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus albus, insignificant bacteriostatic effects were shown on Shigella dysenteriae,Sal- monella typhi, Salmonella paratyph~ A and Salmonella paratyphi B. The bacteriostatic effects of the methanol extract were stronger than that of the water extract. [ Conclusion] The methanol extract and water extract from Dendrobium devonianum Paxt. were shown to have strong antiibacte- rial effects on the tested bacteria.
