摘要 从白蚁蚁巢中长出的黑柄炭角菌菌索分离纯化出黑柄炭角菌菌种,并对该菌的培养特性进行了研究,表明:黑柄炭角菌对葡萄糖、果糖的利用效果较好,蛋白胨、黄豆粉、蚕蛹粉是良好的氮源,柠檬酸对菌丝体生长有促进作用,黑柄炭角菌是一种中温性真菌,在22℃-30℃下均能够生长。但最适合培养的温度为25℃-26℃。菌丝在PH值为5.0-8.0之间均能生长,但以6.0左右为最佳。 The spawn of Xylaria nigripes was got from the rhizomorph of the Xylaria nigripes which grows in the net of termite. Through a series of studies on the cultrue character, the results indicated that the glucose and the fructose were the optimum carbon source for it's growth; the peptone, sourenir powder and silkworm powder were the optimum nitrogen source; the citric acid can promote the growth of it' s mycelium. Xylaria nigripes was a middle - temperature fungus which can grow at the circumstance of 22℃- 30℃, but the optimum temperature is 25℃ - 26℃ and the optimum pH for it' s growth is about 6.0.
