摘要
报道采用热变性温度法 (Tm)测定枯草芽孢杆菌和短小芽孢杆菌的DNA中G +Cmol%分别为 42 7mol%和 40 2 6mol% ,与文献报道相一致 ,说明该法可为细菌分类学提供可靠的分子生物学数据 .采用复性速率液相杂交法测定上述两菌DNA -DNA杂交度为 9 6 6 % 。
This paper report Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus pumilus DNA G+C mol% are 42.7 mol% and 40.26 mol% adopt denaturalization temperature (Tm)methods.The datum closely consistent to literature,and It clew that these datum can used as a credible datum for bacterial taxonomy.Between two strain the DNA-DNA binding degree is 9.66%,with denaturalization speed in liquid phasic for molecule hybridizition,it showed Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus pumilus are two not consanguineous strains in same genus.
