摘要
通过设计毕业生、用人单位调查问卷,采用邮寄、传真、网络交流、电话访谈、走访企业等形式,对广州番禺职业技术学院财经系2011届毕业生的就业情况进行了跟踪调查。基于调查所得数据,笔者进行了深入分析,旨在为进一步探索高职财经人才培养模式提供新思路。
A questionnaire survey on 2011 graduates of financial department in Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic is conducted by adopting various forms such as mail, fax, network communication, telephone interviews and visiting enterprises. Two different kinds of questionnaires are sending to graduates and enterprises respectively. The author analyzes the survey data and aims to provide suggestions for exploring financial talents cultivation model in higher vocational colleges.
