摘要
目前高职财经类专业的实践教学中面临着诸多困难和问题,为此,基于学生职业能力培养而构建了一种实践教学体系——"三步实践教学体系"。这种实践教学体系设置了三个不同的实践教学环节,设置"一体化课程—教学企业项目课程—分段式集中顶岗实习"三种不同的实践教学课程,分三步开展实践教学,使教学逐步接近岗位职业能力要求,实现教学向工作岗位的迁移。
Currently the practice teaching of higher vocational financial and economic major is facing many difficulties and problems, so based on students＇ post ability cultivation it builds the three step practice teaching system. The system sets three different practice teaching links, including integrated course, teaching enterprise project course and sectional concentration field practice three courses, it carries out practice teaching in three steps, making teaching gradually adapt to the post vocational ability requirements and realize the transition from teaching to job.
