摘要
对一次赤泥洗液进行铝酸钡脱硫试验及脱硫动力学研究,考察脱硫剂浓度、脱硫温度与时间、搅拌速度等因素对脱硫率的影响。结果表明,脱硫剂浓度对脱硫率的影响最大,当搅拌速度达到400r/min之后不再影响脱硫率;在试验范围内,该脱硫反应为一级反应固膜内扩散控制,频率因子为0.155 331,表观活化能为9.341 76kJ/mol。
The desulphurization test and kinetics of barium aluminate in red mud lotion were studied. The effects of desulfurater concentration, desulphurization temperature and time, and agitation rate on desul- phurization rate were investigated. The results show that the desulphurization rate is mainly influenced by the concentration of desulfurater while the stirring speed has no effect on desulphurization rate when it is above 400 r/min. The desulphurization process can be modeled with the shrinking core model of the first order reaction, the frequency factor is 0. 155 331 and the apparent activation energy is 9. 341 76 kJ/mol.
