从中国水资源现状入手,宏观上简要剖析中国水资源污染的成因,进而从法律制定到规章制度的建立和完善层面,引出中国水资源保护的相应措施。
This article is from the our country water resources present situation, macroscopical on brief analysis our country water resources pollution causes, then from the legal regulations formulated to establish and perfect the system of level, led to the protection of water resources in China and corresponding measures.
