摘要
保护自然环境实现可持续发展是人类目前面临的首要问题,城镇是解决该问题的核心所在.以"低碳经济"来打造"低碳城市"进而建设低碳社会是引领城镇发展的重要方向.从我国低碳城市发展及节能减排的背景入手,运用相关的低碳经济与技术知识对安徽省五河县进行浅要的低碳发展策略分析,以求加深对小城镇低碳经营的理解.
Environmental protection and sustainable development is the first problem faced by the human,the core of the problem solution is the town.Using ＂low carbon economic＂ to build ＂low carbon city＂ and then establishing ＂low-carbon society＂ is the important development direction.Starting with the background of low carbon urban development and energy reduction,using related low-carbon economic and technical knowledge,low carbon development strategy of wuhe country is analyzed which enables to deepen understanding small towns low carbon economic.
