摘要
从病理特性、发病机制、临床特征、中药治疗4个方面论述了小儿肺炎与中医痰饮的相关性,指出痰证是贯穿于小儿肺炎发生发展过程中的重要因素,因此临床应重视化痰祛湿药在小儿肺炎治疗中的运用。
From the pathological features,pathogenesis,clinical features,treatment with traditional Chinese medicine,the study discussed the relationship between pediatric pneumonia and phlegm in traditional Chinese medicine,and pointed out that phlegm was the important factor throughout the course of pediatric pneumonia,so application of clinical medicine about dissipating phlegm and eliminating dampness should be paid attention to in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.
