The effect of problem-based learning based on the computer network platform

摘要 目的 探索基于网络平台的以问题为基础学习教学方法在实习教学中的应用效果.方法 选取广州医学院2005级五年制临床医学专业102名实习学生作为研究对象.其中,47名学生组为实验组,采用基于网络平台的以问题为基础学习( problem-based learning,PBL)教学方法;55名学生组成对照组,采用传统的以授课为基础学习( lecture-based learning,LBL)教学方法.两组学生均参加期末考试,比较两组学生的考试分数,采用SPSS 13.0统计学软件进行数据处理.结果 实验组学生在病例分析、体格检查、技能操作、辅助检查、技能考核及笔试考核总分上均高于对照组学生,其差异具有统计学意义;在病史采集方面,两组学生成绩差异没有统计学意义.结论 网络平台与PBL教学方法相结合能够提高实习教学质量,具有进一步推广的价值. Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning based on computer network platform for medical students. Methods 47 students were selected from the five-year medical program of year 2005, Guangzhou Medical University as the experimental group, and 55 students were assigned as controls. The students in the experimental group were given the teaching through the problem-based learn- ing based on computer network platform, while the control group was offer the lecture-based learning meth- od. All the students take part in the final examination, the scores of the experimental group and the control were obtain and analyzed using the SPSS 13.0 software. Results The scores obtained by the experimental group were higher than the control group in case analysis, physical, clinical skills to operate, auxiliary ex-amination and the total score of skills and theory. Conclusions Problem-based learning based on computer network platform is a valuable teaching method.
