摘要
结合雌激素检测用化学发光分析仪安装调试中出现的二维工作台与96孔板各孔所在行列存在平行度误差现象,基于ARM嵌入式控制系统,依据调试过程中修正位置所采用的实际脉冲数,首先计算出96孔板各行、各列对应直线的斜率,然后将各行列的斜率取简单平均得到各行列的平均斜率。根据所求得各行列的平均斜率计算出工作台实际安装中存在的平行度误差角。最后将工作台反向旋转该安装角度以修正设备安装,即可大幅度降低设备的安装误差,改善设备的运行精度。
Considering the parallelism error between the rows and columns of 96-holes-tube and the worktables in the chemical lighting detection equipment for the estrogen,the gradients of the rows and columns in 96-holes-tube are calculated firstly according to the actual pulse counts at correction position during assembling,based on ARM embedded controlling system.Then the average gradients are calculated by simply calculating.The parallelism error angle of the X-Y worktable is worked out based on the average gradients calculated.Finally the worktable turns that angle conversely for correcting the assembly,thus the assembly error is decreased greatly and the movement accuracy is improved.
