摘要
目的 :研究黄芪合剂对小鼠被动吸烟所致损害的保护作用。方法 :采用水迷宫法观察被动吸烟及黄芪合剂对学习记忆的影响。采用血红蛋白和丙氨酸氨基转移酶为指标观察被动吸烟及黄芪合剂对它的影响。结果 :被动吸烟可以降低学习记忆能力 ,黄芪合剂可以改善学习记忆能力。被动吸烟可以升高血红蛋白和丙氨酸氨基转移酶 ,黄芪合剂可以降低血红蛋白和丙氨酸氨基转移酶。结论 :黄芪合剂对小鼠被动吸烟所致损害有保护作用。
Objective:To study the protective effects of astragalus root mixture(AM) on injury caused by passive smoking of mice. Methods:The methods of water maze were used to observe the influence of passive smoking and AM on learning and memory of mice. Using hemoglobin(Hb) and alanine aminotransferase(ALT) as target to observe the influence of passive smoking and AM on them. Results: Passive smoking can reduce the effects of learning and memory, AM can improve them. Passive smoking can increase Hb and ALT, AM can reduce them. Conclusion: The AM can prevent the injury of passive smoking of mice.
