黄芪合剂抗尼古丁和焦油作用的研究 被引量:2

The Influence of Astragalus Root Mixture to the Activity of Superoxide Dismutase and the Content of Lipid Peroxidation Caused by Nicotine and Tar

摘要 目的研究黄芪合剂对尼古丁和焦油引起小鼠超氧化物歧化酶活性和脂质过氧化物含量变化的影响。方法以超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxidedismutase,SOD)活性和脂质过氧化物(Lipidperoxidation,LPO)为指标,采用邻苯三酚自氧化法和荧光法测定SOD的活性和LPO的含量。结果1%LD50尼古丁组的SOD活性为(418.4±78.0)U/(g,Hb),黄芪合剂加1%LD50尼古丁组的SOD活性为(571.5±48.7)U/(g,Hb)。2%LD50尼古丁组的SOD活性为(375.1±56.1)U/(g,Hb),黄芪合剂加2%LD50尼古丁组的SOD活性为(476.9±12.5)U/(g,Hb)。1%LD50焦油组的SOD活性为(209.6±17.7)U/(g,Hb),黄芪合剂加1%LD50焦油组的SOD活性为(462.6±16.2)U/(g,Hb)。2%LD50焦油组的SOD活性为(227.9±23.1)U/(g,Hb),黄芪合剂加2%LD50焦油组的SOD活性为(431.2±21.2)U/(g,Hb)。1%LD50尼古丁组的LPO含量为(2.8140±1.3691)nmol/ml,黄芪合剂加1%LD50尼古丁组的LPO含量为(0.4823±0.0032)nmol/ml。2%LD50尼古丁组的LPO含量为(2.7328±1.3902)nmol/ml,黄芪合剂加2%LD50尼古丁组的LPO含量为(0.3420±0.1018)nmol/ml。1%LD50焦油组的LPO含量为(1.1566±0.603)nmol/ml,黄芪合剂加1%LD50焦油组的LPO含量为(0.3671±0.1223)nmol/ml。2%LD50焦油组的LPO含量为(1.4468±0.5940)nmol/ml,黄芪合剂加2%LD50焦油组的LPO含量为(0.5050±0.3101)nmol/ml。黄芪合剂可使不同浓度的尼古丁和焦油降低的SOD活性升高,可使不同浓度的尼古丁和焦油升高的LPO降低。结论黄芪合剂有抗脂质过氧化作用,对尼古丁和焦油引起小鼠超氧化物歧化酶活性和脂质过氧化物含量的改变有保护作用。 Objective To study the influence of Astragalus root mixture (AM) to the activity of superoxide disnmtasc (SOD) and the content of lipid peroxidation (LPO) caused by nicotine and tar. Methods The methods of O - trihydroxy benzene oxidation by itself and fluorescence method were used to fest the activity of SOD and the content of LPO. Results The activity of SOD of nicotine groups of 1%LD50 was (418.4±78.0) U/(g, Hb). The activity of SOD of nicotine groups of 1%LD50 and AM was (571.5±48.7) U/ (g, Hb). The activity of SOD of nicotine groups of 2% LD50 was (375.1±56.1 ) U/ (g, Hb). The activity of SOD of nicotine groups of 2% LD50 and AM was (476.9±12.5) U/ (g, Hb). The activity of SOD of tar groups of I%LD50 was (209.6±17.7) U/ (g, Hb). The activity of SOD of tar groups of 1% LD50 and AM was (462.6±16.2) U/ (g, Hb). The activity of SOD of tar groups of 2% LD50 was (227.9±23.1 ) U/ (g, Hb). The activity of SOD of tar groups of 2% LD50 and AM was (431.2±21.2) U/ (g, Hb). The content of LPO of nicotine groups of 1% LD50 was (2.8140±1.3691) nmol/ml, The content of LPO of nicotine groups of 1% LD50 and AM was (0.4823±0.0032) nmol/ml.The content of LPO of nicotine groups of 2% LD50 was (2.7328±1.3902) nmol/ml, The content of LPO of nicotine groups of 2% LD50 and AM was (0.3420±0. 1018) nmol/ml, The content of LPO of tar groups of 1% LD50 was ( 1.1566±0.6030) mnol/ml, The content of LPO of tar groups of 1% LD50 and AM was (0.3671±0.1223) mnol/ml.The content of LPO of tar groups of 2% LD50 was (1.4468±0.5940) nmol/ml, The content of LPO of tar groups of 2% LD50 and AM was (0.5050±0.3101 ) nmol/ml. Astragalus root mixture can move upward the activity of SOD which reduced by different concentration of iticotine and tar and could reduce the content of LPO which was risen by different concentration of nicotine and tar.
