摘要
从不同视角评估新型农村合作医疗实施后对农民产生的影响,分析发现新农合制度总体运行较好,在一定程度上减轻了农民的疾病经济负担,改善了参合农民的就医行为,增强了就医时的心理保障,但仍存在新农合政策宣传不到位,补偿标准低,基层医疗机构报销目录窄等问题。
The article evaluated the influence to the farmers after implementing the New Rural Cooperative Medical System （NRCMS） from different perspectives. It found that the NRCMS overall operated better, reduced the farmer＇s disease e- conomic burden,improved their health seeking behavior and made them have psychological safeguard. However, there were some questions,such as weak propaganda,low compensation standard and the narrow reimbursement fist in the basic level medical organizations, etc.
