摘要
介绍了利用熔浸扩散原理以铸造碳化钨粉为硬质相 ,镍—磷合金为粘结相在钢基体表面烧结而成的WC-NiP合金耐磨层的研制工艺 。
WC -NiP wear resisting layer is involved, which is combined material sintered using permeating way, taking casing WC as hard phase, taking Ni-P as abhesive phase. The layer is used as seal face of mechanical seal, it displays excellent wear resisting and corrosion resisting properties, having wide applied prospects.
