摘要
通过化学镀方法,在Ni-P合金镀液中复合SiC微粒,形成Ni-P-SiC复合镀层,研究了复合镀层的磨损性能.结果表明,SiC微粒的复合,不改变Ni-P合金基质的组织结构,但影响其表面特性,提高硬度,显著地增加耐磨性,且随着热处理温度、时间的改变而变化,复合镀层经过400℃×1h处理后硬度达到最高,磨耗量最少,磨损程度轻微.
The Ni - P - SiC composite coating was fabricated by electroless plating in the Ni - P solution added SiC particle, its wear resiatance was studied in this paper. Experimental results show that the composite of SiC particle did not influence the micro - structure but the sunface feature, and raised obviously the hardness and wear resistance of Ni - P alloy matrix, which changed apparently with heat -treatrment. The microhardness attained the maximum and the West the wear volume, the slighter wom extent of SiC ccmposite coating after hearing at 400℃ for 1 h.
