摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射及阳极极化曲线测定等方法,对石墨化学镀Ni-P合金的组织结构及耐蚀性进行了研究.结果表明,该镀层在磷含量大于8%时为非晶态结构;加热到300℃时转变为晶态结构;其表面形貌与普通碳钢Ni-P合金层的表面形貌相同.在不同pH值且含有级离子的介质中均有钝化现象,镀层结合力极强.因此该镀层具有很好的耐蚀性.
The structure and anti-corrosion of the electroless plated Ni-P alloy on graphite have been studied by means of scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction and the determination of anodic polarization curves. the results show that the plated layer is uncrystallized when the content of phosphorus is greater than 8% and it will transfer into crystalline structure at 300℃. The surface morphology is the same as the Ni-P alloy on ordinary carbon steel. It has been also found that the plated layer appears as passivation in the medium containing chlorion with different pH values, and there is a very strong combination force between the plated layer and the base body of graphite. Therefore, it is concluded that the layer has better anti-corrosion.
