摘要
本文主要研究灰铸铁试件表面Ni-P-Co合金涂层,在不同热处理温度下显微硬度变化的机理。实验表明:Ni-P-Co涂层显微硬度随加热温度升高而提高,在500℃时达到992.7HV25g。
This paper deals with the mechanism for variation of micro hardness for Ni P Co alloys coating on cast-iron work piece under different heat treatment temperature Experiment show that the hardness for Ni P Co alloy coating is increase with that of temperature It may reach a hardness of 992 7HV 25g at the temperature of 500℃ This may be applied as a method for material surface hardening to all kinds of die assembly
