摘要
高等医学院校建立非直属附属医院的现象日益普遍。本文结合实践介绍了我院作为非直属附属医院加强临床教学工作的做法、成效及体会,提出非直属医院是高等医学教育发展的必然趋势。医院要坚持"科教兴院"的战略,进一步发展研究生教学、七年制教学及进修实习教学,培养出更多高素质医学人才。
It is an increasingly common phenomenon for medical universities to establish the non-affiliated hospital,this paper has introduced the practice,results and the thinking of teaching work of our hospital which has being established as the non-affiliated hospital.It is an inevitable development tendency to establish the non-affiliated hospital.Hospital should adhere to the policy of ＂science and education hospital＂,in order to achieve the further development of graduate teaching,seven-year teaching and internship teaching,to train more talented medical students.
