摘要 火电厂循环水排污水回收后,经过滤、离子交换器、超滤、反渗透处理后,作为循环水补水及锅炉补给水处理车间的原水进行再次使用,系统产生的废水可用于电厂煤场喷洒及冲灰。此种处理方式,可以降低新鲜取水量,降低循环水的结垢趋势,提高锅炉补给水制水设备的运行周期,同时实现火电厂废水"零排放"。对该技术实施后的经济效益进行了分析,并对实施过程中加药工艺、设备投运等提出了改进方案。 The sewage water recycled from the circulating water in thermal power plant, after filtration, ion exchange,ultra- filtration,reverse osmosis,can be used again as the replenishment of circulating water and the raw water used in the thermal power plant which handles the boiler feed water. Furthermore, the waste water generated by the above procedure can be used to spray and wash ash for the coal yard of power plant. The. process can reduce the usage of fresh water and the scaling tendency of circulating water, increase the operation cycle of the water cycle facilities used in the boiler feed water system and achieve the zero emissions for the thermal power plant. The economic benefits of this procedure are analyzed and the solutions to the problems that may occur during the implementation process are provided.
