摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜辅助下胰十二指肠切除术手术难点以及手术适应症。方法回顾分析我科于2010年1月～2011年9月共完成的9例腹腔镜辅助下胰十二指肠切除术。结果 9例患者手术顺利,手术时间(372±27)min,术中出血量平均为(587±121)ml,术后(5.0±1.0)d恢复肠道功能,术后(17.2±5.1)d出院,1例发生胰瘘。结论腹腔镜辅助下胰十二指肠切除术具有相对优势,但手术难度大,对腹腔镜下操作技术及开腹经验要求高,同时需严格掌握适应证。
Objective To explore the difficulties and indication of laparoscopic-assisted pancreaticoduodenectomy. Methods The clinical records of 9 patients in our hospital from Jan 2010 to Sep 2011 were analyzed. Results 9 cases of operation were successfully performed. The operation time （372±27）rain and an intraoperative blood loss of （587±121）ml.All the patients recovered bowel movement around（5.0±1.0）d. Postoperative hospitalization duration was（17.2±5.1）d. 1 case occurred pancreatic fistula. Conclusion Laparoscopie-assisted panereatoduodeneetomy had relative advantages. At the same time, skilled technology, advanced experience of operation and strict surgical indictions must be performed.
