摘要
目前,研究以节能降耗为目标的发电权交易模型时,主要关心的是交易前后煤耗的变化情况,没有充分考虑发电权交易对系统网损的影响。当系统由于发电权交易发生阻塞,而需要削减交易对时,一般采取阻塞管理方法,较少考虑网损的影响,因而无法全面衡量各发电权交易对的节能效果。以节能降耗为目标,建立了发电权交易模型,综合考虑系统网损和煤耗的因素,能有效指导发电权交易的实施,确保交易发生后系统节能量最优。当发电权交易引起某些线路发生阻塞时,利用该模型进行阻塞管理,节能降耗的效果较好。以IEEE-14节点系统为算例,验证了该模型在选择交易对和进行阻塞调度方面的有效性。
At present, in the research on generation right trade model based on energy conservation the attention is mainly paid to the variation of coal consumption before and after the trade, and the influence of generation right trade on network loss in power system is not adequately considered. When congestion occurs in power system due to generation right trade therefore the number of trade pairs should be reduced, in general the congestion management is adopted and the influence of network loss is less considered, thus the energy conservation effects of generation right trade pairs cannot be overall judged. A generation right conservation model, in which the energy conservation is taken as the object, is built, and in the built model the network loss of power system and coal consumption are synthetically considered to effectively guide the implement of generation right trade and ensure optimal energy conservation of power system after the completion of the trade. When some transmission lines are congested due to the generation right trade, using the proposed model for congestion management can achieve better energy conservation effect. The effectiveness of the proposed model in the selection of trade pairs and management of congestion is verified by simulation results oflEEE 14-bus system.
