摘要
通过采用强化微电解法处理橡胶厂拉开粉废水的实验并与传统的微电解法相比较,得出强化微电解法处理拉开粉废水优于传统微电解法,CODCr去除率由20%提高到50%,拉开粉去除率由25%提高到50%,克服了传统微电解工艺中存在的铁屑表面易钝化失效和铁屑结块等缺点。
Intensified micro electrolysis was used to treat nekal BX wastewater in rubber plant, and compared with traditional micro electrolysis, the results showed that intensified micro electrolysis was better than traditional micro electrolysis. The CODcr removal efficiency increased from 20% to 50%, the nekal BX removal efficiency increased from 25% to 50%. The intensified micro electrolysis overcome the disadvantages of passivation failure on iron chips surfaces and iron chips agglutination in traditional micro electrolysis process.
