摘要
提出了一种检测冷却水结垢性能的微电解方法,适用于判断阻垢水处理的效果。探讨了电流密度、电解时间和搅拌速度等因素对此法的影响。试验结果表明,阴极垢量与Langelier 指数线性相关;水处理效果不同时垢量差别明显。
This paper presents a micro - electrolysis method for test of scaling property of cooling water and it can be used to check the effect of water treatment for anti-scaling . The influencing factor such as current density , electrolysis times , and agitation speed are investigated. Experimental results show that the scale quantity of cathode is linear with Langelier index and is obviously different with different efficiencies of water treament .
