摘要
本文分析了吉林21大豆不同节位种子蛋白质及其氨基酸组成,脂肪及其脂肪酸组成。结果表明,植株中下部种子蛋白质含量较低,向上、向下均增高。脂肪含量相反,以中下部种子为高,而上部种子偏低。随着结荚部位的升高,种子油酸含量逐渐增加,亚油酸含量逐渐降低;天门冬氨酸含量逐渐增加,苏氨酸含量逐渐降低。
In this experiment the protein, fat and thsir compositon in seeds on different nodes of cv. 'Jilin 21' were analysed. The result showed that the protein content in seeds on middle nodes was lower than on other nodes. On the contrary the fat content in seeds on middle and low nodes was higher than on upper nodes. With raise of nodes position, the content of oleic acid and aspartic acid increased, while that of linolsic acid and thrionine acid decreased.
