摘要
糖尿病足溃疡是糖尿病最常见的严重并发症,尽管常规治疗糖尿病足溃疡有一定疗效,但由糖尿病足溃疡导致的截肢仍有高发病率。近年来,生长因子疗法以促进伤口愈合成为糖尿病足溃疡治疗的新希望。本文综述了各种生长因子治疗糖尿病足溃疡的原理和应用,以期促进糖尿病足溃疡治疗的发展。
Diabetic foot ulcer is the most common and severe complication of diabetes mellitus, although conventional treatment can be effective to some extent, there persists a high incidence of amputation. Recently treatment of growth factors for diabetic foot ulcers has been promising. This review describes principles and applications of various growth factors, in order to develop treatment of diabetic foot ulcers.
