摘要
目的探讨病毒性与非病毒性颅内感染的不同点。方法对62例病毒性颅内感染患者(病毒组)和135例非病毒性颅内感染患者(非病毒组)的临床资料进行对比分析。结果与非病毒组比较,病毒组发病到入院时间短;脑膜刺激征和脑神经损害少见;脑脊液细胞数和蛋白升高不明显;脑脊液糖和氯化物降低不明显;没有其他部位结核感染或颅内细菌感染的证据,影像学检查脑膜强化或脑积水少见。结论病毒性颅内感染发病相对更急,异常体征不明显,脑脊液及影像学检查异常少见。
Objective To explore the differences between the viral and non-viral intracranial infections.Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with viral intracranial infection（viral group） and 135 patients with non-viral intracranial infection（non-viral groups） were compared and analyzed.Results Compared to the non-viral group,in the viral group,the time from onset to hospitalized was shorter,combined with meningeal irritation signs and cranial nerve injury were fewer,the quantity of cells and the level of protein in CSF were lower,the levels of glucose and chloride in CSF were not decreased significantly,without the evidences of the extracranial tuberculosis or intracranial bacterial infection,the meningeal enhancement and hydrencephalus were rare by imaging examination.Conclusion The onset of viral intracranial infections is relatively more urgent,the abnormal physical sign is not significance,the abnormal of CSF and imaging examinations are less.
