摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定平消片中马钱子碱含量。方法采用C18色谱柱;以乙腈-0.01mol.L-1庚烷磺酸钠与0.02mol.L-1磷酸二氢钠等量混合溶液(用10%磷酸调节pH值至2.8)(21∶79)为流动相;流速为1.0mL.mi-n1;检测波长为265nm;柱温为40℃。结果马钱子碱进样量在0.4968~2.4838μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998)。马钱子碱回收率为101.14%,RSD为1.64%(n=6)。结论新建立的平消片中马钱子碱含量测定方法快速、准确、重复性好,可进一步有效控制平消片的药品质量。
Objective To develop an HPLC method for determination of Brucine in Pinxiao Tablets. Methods The optimized method was achieved for the separation on C18 column using acetonitrile, a solution obtained by mixing 0.01 mol · L-1 sodium heptanesulfonate and equivalent volume of 0.09, mol· L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate (adjust to pH 2.8 with 10% phosphoric acid) (21 - 79), as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 , and detected at a wavelength of 265 nm. The column temperature was 40℃. Results Brueine showed good linearity in the range of 0. 4968-2. 4838 μg (r=0. 9998). The mean recovery was 101.14% with RSD of 1.64% (n=6). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, which can be applied for the quality control of Pinxiao Tablets.
