摘要
目的 评价计算机辅助的超声灰阶分析方法对心肌组织特征定量的准确性。方法 对 10只自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)和 10只Wistar大鼠分别进行计算机辅助的超声心肌灰阶分析 ,同时进行心肌胶原含量测定及Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的免疫组化分析。并将两者的结果对照做相关分析。结果 SHR组的灰阶均值及优势灰阶均高于Wistar大鼠组 (P <0 .0 5 )。SHR组的胶原含量及Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原的容积分数均高于Wistar大鼠组 (P <0 .0 5 )。心肌的灰阶均值与胶原含量、Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原的容积分数相关 (分别r =0 .61,0 .80和 0 .73 ,P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 计算机辅助的超声灰阶分析方法可以反映心肌组织的胶原变化。
Objective To estimate the relationship between myocardial echodensity and its histopathology.Methods Ten Wistar rats and 10 spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR) of 26 weeks old were studied.The myocardial grayscale was analyzed by the grayscale histogram using Adobe PhotoShop 3.05 software in the papillary short axis image obtained by two dimensional echocardiogram.Meanwhile the concentration and content of collagen were measured,and collagen volume fraction(CVF) of collagen type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ were studied by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between the collagen and the grayscale of myocardium was esfimated by linear regression.Results The mean grayscale was higher in SHR than that in Wistar rats (P< 0.05 ),while the standard deviation was the same (P> 0.05 ).Also the collagen content,collagen volume fraction of collagen Ⅰ and Ⅲ were higher in SHR than those in Wistar rats,and correlated quite well with the myocardial grayscale (r= 0.61 , 0.80 and 0.73 ,P< 0.001 ,respectively).Conclusions The myocardial grayscale detected by echocardiogram was well correlated with the changes of interstitial collagen.Therefore it was helpful in evaluating the myocardial fibrosis.
