摘要
人民币资本项目完全可兑换是我国外汇管理体制改革的最终目标。中国应学习和借鉴国际有益经验,调整开放思路和重点,推进利率汇率市场化改革,审慎推进跨境人民币资本项目业务,加强统计监测与分析预警,防范跨境资金异常流动风险,逐步实现人民币资本项目可兑换。
RMB capital account free convertibility is the ultimate goal of China＇ s foreign exchange management system reform. China should take examples from international characteristics, adjust the clue and emphasis of openness, push on the market-oriented reform of interest rate, foreign exchange and the cross-border RMB operation in capital account, enhance statistics and monitoring, guard against the risks of unusual cross-border capital flows.
