摘要
采用固相反应法合成了氧离子导体La2Mo2-yNbyO9-δ(y=0,0.1,0.2,0.3),通过XRD和介电测量对氧离子导体进行结构和导电性能分析,结果表明,Nb5+在La2Mo2O9中的固溶度小于0.15 mol,且不能抑制纯La2Mo2O9的α/β相转变,同时La2Mo2-yNbyO9-δ(y=0.1,0.2)的电导率比纯La2Mo2O9略有提高,但提高的幅度不大,原因可能是Nb5+的离子半径与Mo6+相当,并且氧化状态也差别不大,因此并没有引入较多的氧空位,从而使得固溶度和电导率增加的幅度不大.
A various oxide-ion conductors La2Mo2-yNbyO9-δ(y=0,0.1,0.2,0.3) were prepared with solid-state reaction method.Their structures and ionic conductivities were characterized with XRD and dielectric measurements.The results show that the solubility of Nb^5+ in La2Mo2O9 sample is smaller than 0.15 mol,and the Nb5+ can not suppress the α/β transition in pure La2Mo2O9.The conductivity of La2Mo2-yNbyO9-δ(y=0.1,0.2) is a little higher than that of the pure La2Mo2O9.The reason may be the similar radius of Nb5+ with Mo6+ and the little difference between the oxidation state of them,which makes the increasing amplitude of the solid solubility and conductivity slightly.
