氧离子导体La_2Mo_(2-y)Ga_yO_(9-δ)的结构和导电性能研究

摘要 采用固相反应法合成了氧离子导体La2Mo2-yGayO9-δ(y=0,0.1,0.2,0.3),通过XRD、DSC和交流阻抗谱等手段对氧离子导体进行了结构和导电性能分析.结果表明,Ga3+在La2Mo2O9中的最大固溶度(摩尔百分数)小于15%,且不能抑制纯La2Mo2O9的α/β相转变,同时La2Mo2-yGayO9-δ(y=0.1,0.2)的电导率比纯La2Mo2O9有所提高. A serious oxide-ion conductors La2Mo2-yGayO9-δ(y = 0,0.1,0.2,0.3)are prepared with solid reaction process.Their structures and ionic conductivities are characterized with XRD,DSC and AC impedance spectroscopy.The results show that the solubility of Ga3+ in La2Mo2O9 sample is about 15%,the Ga-doped La2Mo2O9 can not supress the α/β phase transition,and the conductivities of La2Mo2-yGayO9-δ(y= 0.1,0.2)are higher than that of the pure La2Mo2O9.
