摘要
图书馆的危机不但没有随着社会的发展而减少,反而在当前的环境下有所加剧,新增了诸如形象危机、人才危机、资源危机、服务危机、网络系统危机等形式。运用权变理论及5S原则制定了图书馆的危机管理方式,以期能以一种灵活有效的方式来化解图书馆的各种危机。
At current environment,the crises of the library has not diminished but aggravated with social development, such as image crisis,talent crisis,resource crisis,service crisis,and network systems crisis,etc.This paper makes the crisis management mode for the library by using the contingency management theory and 5S rules for dissolving library’s various crises with a flexible and effective way.
