摘要
目的:建立固相萃取-反相高效液相色谱法测定植物油中苯并(a)芘的检测方法。方法:植物油中的苯并(a)芘经正己烷超声提取后,用中性氧化铝柱净化,采用ZORBAX SB–Phenyl色谱柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm)分离,以乙腈-水为流动相,荧光检测器检测,激发波长384 nm,发射波长406 nm。结果:方法回收率为87.2%~97.0%,标准偏差(RSD)为2.48%。结论:植物油中苯并(a)芘经中性氧化铝柱净化后,杂质干扰明显减少,采用反相高效液相色谱法、荧光检测器对苯并(a)芘进行分离检测,灵敏度较高,分离度良好、回收率满意,适于植物油中苯并(a)芘的测定。
Objective:To establish a solid phase extraction-reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for determination of benzo(a)pyrene in vegetable oil.Methods: Benzo(a)pyrene in sample was firstly extracted with hexane,purified with neutral Al2O3 SPE Column and determined with HPLC.The column used was ZORBAX SB–Phenyl column(4.6×250 mm,5 μm),mobile phase was acetonitrile-water and FLD was adopted with excitation and emission wavelengths at 384 nm and 406 nm,respectively.Results: The recoveries of the method were 87.2%~97.0%,with the detection limit of 0.1 μg/kg and RSD% of 2.48%.Conclusion: The method is sensitive with satisfied recoveries.The method is suitable for determination of benzo(a)pyrene in vegetable oil.
