摘要
以天然膨胀石墨(EG)为基本原料,采用超声分散法制得NanoG(纳米石墨微片);然后采用化学镀法制得磁性填料Ni-NanoG(镀镍纳米石墨微片);最后采用溶液共混法制得丙烯酸酯磁性PSA(压敏胶)——Ni-NanoG/PSA。研究结果表明:NanoG表面覆盖了一层均匀紧凑的金属Ni,Ni-NanoG中O-H与丙烯酸酯PSA中O-H之间已形成了氢键,故Ni-NanoG已均匀分散在丙烯酸酯PSA中;当w(Ni-NanoG)=20%时,Ni-NanoG/PSA的磁性能和粘接性能俱佳,其饱和磁化强度(Ms)为11.96 emu/g,矫顽力(Hc)为1.38 Oe,180°剥离强度为0.62 kN/m和剪切强度为0.81 MPa。
With natural expandable graphite(EG) as basis raw material,a NanoG(nano-graphite sheet) was prepared by ultrasonic dispersion,then a Ni-NanoG(Ni-plating NanoG) as magnetic filler was prepared by electroless plating.Finally,a Ni-NanoG/PSA(magnetic pressure sensitive adhesive based on Ni-NanoG/acrylate) was made by solution blend method.The research results showed that a metal Ni layer was evenly and tight plated on NanoG surface.The Ni-NanoG was evenly dispersed in acrylate PSA because hydrogen bonding between O-H in Ni-NanoG and O-H in acrylate PSA was formed.The Ni-NanoG/PSA had reversely better magnetic properties and bonding properties because their saturation magnetization(Ms) and coercivity(Hc) were 11.96 emu/g and 1.38 Oe respectively,and 180° peeling strength and shear strength were 0.62 kN/m and 0.81 MPa respectively when mass fraction of Ni-NanoG was 20%.
