石墨含量对BLT-石墨复相材料微波衰减性能的影响

摘要 以BaCO3、La2O3、TiO2和石墨为原料,采用热压烧结工艺,在烧结温度1300℃、氮气氛下,制备了Ba6-3xLa8+2xTi18O54(BLT)-C复相微波衰减材料;通过XRD、SEM和矢量网络分析仪等测试手段研究了BLT-C复相材料的相组成、显微结构和微波衰减性能;分析了石墨含量对BLT-C复相材料烧结性能与微波衰减性能的影响。结果表明:材料的致密度随石墨含量的增加而变差;但石墨的添加有利于改善BLT基体的微波衰减性能,BLT-C复相材料呈现选频衰减,衰减量随石墨含量的增加而增加,谐振峰有向低频漂移的趋势。 BLT-C composites with BaCO3, La2O3, TiO2 and graphite as raw materials were prepared by hotpressed sintering at 1 300℃ for 1 h in nitrogen atmosphere . The microwave attenuation performance, phase composition and microstructure were characterized using vector network analyzer, XRD and SEM. The effects of graphite content on microstructure and microwave attenuation performance were studied. The results showed that the compactness of the composites decreased with the increase of graphite content, but the microwave attenuation performance was improved by the addition of graphite. The BLT-C composites exhibited multi-selected frequency band attenuation. The attenuation increased with the increase of graphite content and the resonant peaks shifted to the lower frequency.
