摘要
选用75尾初始体长4.7 cm左右,体色均一、健康的梭鱼(Liza soiuy),随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ5个组,其中Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲料,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组为试验组,分别在基础饲料中添加通过不同工艺处理过的浒苔。研究通过不同工艺处理的浒苔对植食性鱼类增重率的影响,记录试验数据,并用Excel等软件进行分析。饲喂15 d的结果表明:通过柠檬酸处理后的浒苔能够显著提高梭鱼的增重率,且梭鱼的增重率与对照组相比明显提高,达到12.731%,并且饲料系数较低,为1.617,此项工艺具有极其重要的应用意义。
75 healthy Liza soiuy,with the initial length of about 4.7 cm,are selected and divided into five groups randomly.Group Ⅰ,as the control group,is fed on the basic diet.GroupsⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,as the experimental groups,are fed on the basic diet with different craft treated entermorpha prolifera.Study the effect of entermorpha prolifera in fish breeding process of the deep processing.Then the test data is collected and analyzed by Excel software.After 15 days,the results show that,in this experiment,entermorpha prolifera treated in different ways have different effects on the growth of Liza soiuy,and the entermorpha prolifera treated with citric acid has a significant role in promoting growth,compared with the control group,the weight gain rate increased by 12.731%,while feed coefficient is down to 1.617.
