摘要
目的 探讨回阳复脉注射液抗休克的疗效机理。方法 采用家兔失血性休克模型及肠系膜上动脉夹闭型休克模型 ,观察药物对休克模型动物的血压、肾血流量、脂质过氧化物、细胞超微结构等的影响。结果 回阳复脉注射液能升高失血性休克模型及肠系膜上动脉夹闭型休克模型动物的血压 ,增加肾血流量 ,并能降低心、肝、肾脂质过氧化物的含量 ,减轻细胞结构在休克过程中的损伤 ,保护细胞功能。结论 回阳复脉注射液对休克有一定的防治作用。
OBJECTIVE:To explore the mechanism of Huiyang Fumai injection against shock. METHOD: Rabbit models with hemorrhagic shock and Smao shock were used, and the influences of drug on pressure, renal blood flow, lipid peroxide and cell ultrastructure of both models were observed. RESULT: Huiyang Fumai injection could increase the pressure, renal blood flow of both animal models, decrease the lipid peroxide content of heart, liver and kidney, and alleviate the cytostructure damage during shock and protect cell function. CONCLUSION: Huiyang Fumai injection has a certain effect on preventing and treating shock.
