摘要
从实验教学和实验室建设重要性出发,针对当前高校实验室队伍建设过程中重视不够、缺乏后续教育、激励机制不完善、队伍整体素质不高、队伍结构不合理等问题,提出了加强实验室队伍建设的具体思路。
This paper began with an analysis on the importance of experimental teaching and laboratory construction,and aimed at the problems in the process of university laboratory team construction,such as insufficient attention,lack of follow-up education,inadequate incentive mechanisms,low quality of the overall team and unreasonable structure of the team.The effective measure of construction on laboratory team was proposed.
