摘要
血管内超声显像是近10年来开展的一项新技术,不仅能够准确反映血管腔的变化同时也能清晰显示动脉管壁的解剖结构和斑块特征。随着冠状动脉介入治疗的普及,血管内超声显像在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的诊断与治疗中发挥着越来越重要的作用,现已成为诊断冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病新的"金标准"。它不但能更准确地测量冠状动脉狭窄的严重程度、血管腔的大小、病变长度,以帮助选择更合理的治疗策略,而且可以用于指导支架置入、评价支架内膜增生、探讨支架内再狭窄以及支架贴壁不良和支架内血栓的检出等。现回顾近几年的研究,就血管内超声显像在冠状动脉介入治疗中的应用做一综述。
In the last 10 years,intravascular ultrasound(IVUS) has become a viable diagnostic tool.It accurately reflects changes in the vessel lumen and can clearly show the anatomy of the arterial wall and characteristics of plaques.With percutanous coronary intervention(PCI) increasining in popularity,IVUS has an increasingly important role in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.This is because it is more accurate than other means when measuring the severity of coronary artery stenosis,lumen size,and lesion length,when choosing treatment strategies,and can be used to guide stent placement,evaluate stent intimal hyperplasia,and in-stent restenosis,among others.This article reviews recent research using IVUS in interventional cardiac therapies.
