摘要
从系统的视角看课程体系就是"一组相互关联的课程组成的整体","关联"和"整体"是概念中的两个基本特征。关联主要反映课程之间在培养人才知识、能力和素质等方面的内在联系,它将各门课程粘合成了一个联系紧密的整体,关联关系的量化研究对于课程体系以及课程管理具有现实意义;整体性是系统科学强调整体大于部分之和的基本原理,课程体系的整体性主要应体现在培养目标、课程结构与课程功能,以及课程实施等人才培养应当重视的几个方面。
The curriculum from the perspective of the system is "the wholeness composed of a group of correlative courses", and the "correlation" and "wholeness" are two basic characteristics of this concept. Correlation reflects the intrinsic link between courses in personnel knowledge training, competency training and quality training, which bonds the each course in the curriculum into a close-knit whole, and the quantitative research of the correlation has practical significance for the curriculum and course management. Wholeness is the basic principle of the system science which emphasizes the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. The wholeness in curriculum should be reflected in the training objectives, course structure, course functions and curriculum implementation, and this should be paid attention to in the personnel training reform.
