摘要
蜗壳是水轮机发电机组中十分重要的引水部件,其主要作用是使水流产生圆周运动,在进入导水部件以前使水流形成一定环量,引导水流均匀地、轴对称地进入水轮机,以使转轮受力均衡,提高工作稳定性。蜗壳的现场安装尤其是焊接的质量,直接影响到机组的可靠运行,因此,在安装过程中只有严格控制,才能确保金属蜗壳的焊接质量。
Volute is the very important component for water diversion of hydroelectric generating set, it impacted on the water circular motion so that the water producted some circular rector before entering into component for water diversion ,it leaded to hydroturbine in equably and axis symmetrically so that runner the force balance and enhancing the stability of running. Field installation of volute directly impacted on the set reliable running, especially the welded quality, therefore, it is strict to control in installing and so as to insure welding quality of metal volute.
