摘要
主要介绍了生产过程控制系统在北京首钢冷轧薄板有限公司生产过程中的应用与技术创新。以酸轧生产线为例，简要介绍了生产过程控制系统的功能及作用，重点介绍了自主研发建立的过程控制系统与表面检测系统的通讯及其功能的实现。
This paper introduces the application and technological innovation of process control system in Shougang cold rolling processing. As the example of PLTCM, the function and influence of process control system are simply introduced. What＇s more, this paper emphasizes on the introduction of the interface between the process control system and suffuce detection system, which is developed by Shougang Cold Rolling Plant.
