摘要
通过对宁波高职生就业状况的调研分析,发现在高职生就业力问题中,存在个人与社会发展、供给与需求、专业与产业、工作适应与调整等4大矛盾。针对这些矛盾,需要从多个角度探索提升高职生就业力的可行路径,以切实提高高职院校办学质量,增强服务社会发展的能力。
Based on the analysis of the employment ability of students in Ningbo vocational colleges, four contradictions have been found in students' employment such as individual and social development, supply and demand, specialty and industry, and work adaptation and adjustment. Aiming at these contradictions, feasible approaches should be explored from multiple perspectives to promote students' employment ability, to practically improve the educational quality of vocational college and to enhance the competence to serve the social development.
