摘要
以玉米淀粉为原料,研究交联淀粉的合成及在不溶性淀粉黄原酸酯中的应用.采用环氧氯丙烷作交联剂,氢氧化钾提供强碱性条件下,考察交联剂的投加量、氢氧化钾的用量、反应时间、温度等对交联反应的影响.通过正交试验得出最佳交联反应条件为:质量浓度25%的KOH溶液8mL,交联剂环氧氯丙烷用量1.5mL,反应时间14h,由此制备的不溶性淀粉黄原酸酯对模拟废水中Cu2+的去除率为99.94%.
Using corn starch as raw material, the synthesis of crosslinking starch and its applications in the final product -- insoluble starch xanthate is researched. The dosage of crosslinking agent which is epichlorohydrin (ECH), the amount of potassium hydroxide, reaction time and temperature for the crosslinking reaction are discussed. The optimum synthesis conditions in the crosslink reaction obtained by the orthogonal experiments are: potassium hydroxide ( 25wt %) 8 mE, ECH 1.5 mL, reaction time 14 h. Under the conditions, the removal rate of copper of ISX is 99.94 %.
