摘要
采用兰州理工大学自行研制的不锈钢背面保护剂,通过对比试验,在使用背面保护剂和不使用背面保护剂两种情况下,配置符合标准的FeCl3和HCl的混合溶液,对不锈钢焊缝进行氯离子腐蚀试验。结果表明,使用背面保护剂的试样背面未被氧化的,呈银白色金属光泽,余高适中,表面光滑,且不锈钢焊缝腐蚀率小;未使用背面保护剂的不锈钢试样焊缝背面氧化严重,表面形成一层"黑皮",成形不好且腐蚀率大。不锈钢焊接使用背面保护剂可以有效改善焊缝的背面成形、提高焊缝对氯离子的耐腐蚀性能。
In this article, chloride ion corrosion tests were conducted in standard ferric chloride and hydrochloric acid mixture , by using or without using stainless steel back protective agent which was self-developed. The result indicated that using specimen with back protective agent can receive silvery white weld with smooth surface, suitable reinforcement and low corrosion rate; the weld of stainless steel specimen without using back protective agent oxidized severely, and a black skin formed in weld surface, the weld formation was not good and with high corrosion rate. Using back protective agent can effectively improve weld formation and increase corrosion resistance to chloride ion in stainless steel welding.
