摘要
针对304不锈钢的焊接研制出了一种可用于TIG焊的背面保护剂,主要由MgO、Al_2O_3、TiO_2、MnO、CaO等组成。采用定性打分法分析了单一保护剂对焊缝背面抗氧化性、成形性的影响,在此基础上结合304不锈钢合金系统的特点,确定了保护剂的组成成分。利用正交试验得出了各组元含量的变化对焊缝背面抗氧化性、成形性的影响规律。所得到的配方可以有效防止焊缝背面氧化,促使背面成形良好,对简化不锈钢焊接时的背面保护工艺具有重要意义。
A back shielding flux used in TIG wlding was developed for welding 304 stainless steels. It consists of MgO, Al_2O_3, TiO_2, MnO, CaO ect. The influence of single shielding fluxes on oxidation resistance and fomability was analyzed by means of marking. The component of shielding fluxes was determined according to the alloy system of 304 stainless steels. The influence rule of each component content on oxidation resistance and fomability was determined by orthogonal experiment. With the shielding fluxes, the back side of the weld seam can be prevented from being oxidized. It has a great significance to simplify the shielding process of the back side in welding of stainless steels.
