摘要
商业秘密是中药企业对知识产权保护的重要方式之一,本文旨在通过分析中药商业秘密保护的特点及其存在的问题,提出中药企业商业秘密保护的策略,为企业实践提供参考和借鉴。
Business secret is an important way to protect intellectual property rights in traditional Chinese medicine enterpri- ses. By analyzing the characteristics and problems of business secret protection in traditional Chinese medicine, this paper pro- posed some strategies for protection of business secret in order to provide a reference for business practice in traditional Chinese medicine enterprises.
